Combat rules answer
A 4/4 with deathtouch and trample was blocked by a 2/2. How much damage gets through?
Answer
Three damage gets through. The 4/4 assigns 1 lethal damage to the 2/2, then the other 3 to the defending player.
Why
Deathtouch makes any nonzero combat damage lethal when the attacker works out how much can trample past the blocker.
After assigning 1 damage to the 2/2, the attacker may assign its remaining 3 damage to the defending player. That is the split the engine produces for this board.
