The engine sends 1 damage through. It assigns lethal damage to both blockers first, while their combined 5 damage leaves the 6/6 alive with 5 damage marked.
Why
The attacking player divides the 6 damage among the blockers. The engine's lethal-first choice assigns 2 to the 2/2 and 3 to the 3/3.
Trample can assign the remaining 1 damage to the defending player. Both blockers die, while their combined power marks 5 damage on the attacker.
